Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have an experienced QC technical team in the battery industry, as well as a perfect quality system such as IQC, PQC, OQC, etc., to ensure that the battery quality meets the requirements in all aspects and reduces the loss caused by bad products to customers.
Our QC engineers are experienced and familiar with lithium battery industry standards, and the average work experience of the QC team is more than 5 years, which can effectively ensure product quality.
Quality Control Procedures
Our finished product inspection is mainly divided into outer packaging, packing, and single battery inspection to ensure orders are delivered as required.
The inspection of the outer packaging will check the carton mark, appearance and shipping mark.
Packing inspection mainly checks whether the packing method and quantity meet customer requirements.
Check the appearance of the battery without leakage, deformation, or dirt. The PVC film color meets the requirements of the order.
Check whether the battery printing is correct and whether the battery size meets the requirements.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
100% Check whether the battery voltage and internal resistance meet the specifications by automatic inspection machine, to remove defective products and ensure the consistency of batch batteries.
The battery capacity will be sampled before shipment, and the inspection report will be issued.
